PUBLIC JURY / SANCTION MOTION RECORD

Withdraw or correct the challenged claim.
Or face Ortega’s motion for sanctions.

Helt, Olson, Spickerman, Hoffman and Keeling are named in the motion records. Each card links the signed statement, the contrary record and its service status. A prepared motion has no running service clock.

What the correction period means — and what an order can do

For a served Rule 55.03 motion, the challenged court claim must be withdrawn or appropriately corrected within the applicable 30-day window to avoid that filing route. If it remains, Ortega may present the motion after the required waiting period. After notice and an opportunity to respond, the court may order nonmonetary relief, a penalty, or fees and expenses where the rule permits. A clock expiring is not itself a sanctions order.
